Biography

A conductor of the young generation. He began his musical education at the Ludomir Różycki State Music School in Gliwice. In 2018, he graduated with distinction in piano performance under the tutelage of Joanna Wójcik. 

He is a graduate of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, where he completed his studies in symphonic and operatic conducting in class of Prof. Szymon Bywalec (2024). Twice, he was awarded the Rector's Scholarship for the best students of the Academy. In 2022, he also earned a Master's degree in Law from the University of Silesia in Katowice.

Practice

In the current season, he is serving as apprentice conductor under the mentorship of Marin Alsop at the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra (NOSPR) in Katowice. At the end of his studies, in the 2023/2024 season, he served as a conductor-in-residence at the Kraków Opera, where his operatic debut featured conducting the premiere of a new production of “The Lottery for Husbands” by Karol Szymanowski, directed by Marcin Sławiński. 

In the same season, he was selected through a competitive process to serve as assistant conductor for the Uniorchester Dresden. Since 2022, he has regularly collaborated as a guest conductor with the Teatr Rozrywki in Chorzów, and in 2024, he assumed the position of chief conductor of the Symphony Orchestra of the Silesian University of Technology.

Cooperation

He has worked with numerous esteemed ensembles, including: the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice, the Orchestra of the Kraków Opera, the Uniorchester Dresden, the Symphony Orchestra of the Silesian Philharmonic, the New Music Orchestra, the Toruń Symphony Orchestra, the Nadiia Ukrainian Orchestra from Kharkiv, the NOSPR Academy Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra of the Zielona Góra Philharmonic, the Silesian Chamber Orchestra, and the Karol Szymanowski Academic Symphony Orchestra in Katowice.

He has gained valuable experience by participating in numerous courses under the guidance of distinguished maestros such as Massimiliano Caldi, Tomasz Bugaj, Helmuth Reichel Silva, Tomasz Tokarczyk, Zbigniew Graca, and Jerzy Salwarowski. In 2023, he had the honor of participating in prestigious masterclasses in conducting led by Marin Alsop and the NOSPR, and during the following edition, he served as an assistant and coordinator.  W 2023 roku miał zaszczyt uczestniczyć w prestiżowych dyrygenckich kursach mistrzowskich prowadzonych przez Marin Alsop oraz NOSPR, a w kolejnej edycji pełnił rolę koordynatora-asystenta.
